On Wednesday, March 14th, 27 foreign ambassadors from European Union member states have convened at the Foreign Ministry in Jerusalem in order to listen to a review about the main civil activity elements in Judea and Samaria.

Within the framework of the state of affairs presented to the ambassadors by Major-General Dangot and by the Deputy Director General of the Foreign Ministry, Mr. Ran Kuriel, a presentation was made, specifying the 182 infrastructural projects carried out in Judea and Samaria during the past year. Moreover, data related to the freedom of movement in Judea and Samaria was presented, (the removal of 3 additional checkpoints and their subsequent conversion to  normally-open status) and also economic indicators pointing to positive trends in all fields.

When concluding his speech, Major-General Dangot pointed out that the Israeli-Palestinian bilateral channel is the most effective channel for the advancement and improvement of the well-being of all the populations in Judea and Samaria and he expressed his gratitude to the international community for its considerable contribution, the knowledge, the expertise and the budgeting of many projects in Judea and Samaria and in Gaza.
