Today, 1.07.13, the Coordination of Government Activities in the Territories and the Gaza Coordination and Liaison Administration facilitated the transfer of medical equipment from Israel for the use of the Jordanian hospital in the Gaza Strip, as well as the entry of 176 hospital staff.
The convoy, which entered Gaza via the Erez crossing, consisted of 12 trucks loaded with medical supplies and foodstuff. On Wednesday, 3.07.13, 6 buses of medical staff are scheduled to cross.
The COGAT spokesman emphasizes that the entry of the medical equipment for the hospital was coordinated as part of the humanitarian efforts for the Gaza strip residents. These efforts are made on a daily basis in all platforms and channels, specifically in the health, education, agriculture and infrastructure sectors.
